I have some questions for those who are comparing ICE to the Gestapo

In light of Tim Walz describing ICE as “Trump’s modern-day Gestapo”, I've got to ask some people who agree with this viewpoint cause I just don't see it: what concrete comparisons are there to actually be made here? I know Trump's deportation agenda seems aggressive to some but he's not even on track to deport as many people as Obama had in his first year.
