Discussion - "No Kings" Protest: Does it go far enough?

With another No Kings Protest set to pop up all over the country on October 14th, I've been seeing a lot of discourse around the internet discussing the level of effectiveness these kinds of demonstrations have. Many are asking if they actually do anything to meet the moment. Is there evidence these demonstrations contribute to any tangible disruption to the Trump Administration? Is this simply a coping mechanism for liberals and leftists to feel some sense of community as the country slides to the right? Do organizations like No Kings need to go further than just setting up organized processions around America's major cities? Any insights are welcome.
